Management PolicY

With a view to achieving its strategic objectives, realising its vision and fulfilling its mission, Lyrical has set out the following guidelines in its Management Policy, framed by a commitment to excellence in the quality of the products and services provided, achieved in tandem with rigorous cost control and a customer-focused approach, whilst safeguarding environmental sustainability and the health and safety of all at work:

· To meet customer requirements and expectations, environmental and occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance obligations, and the legal and statutory obligations of the various markets in which Lyrical operates, ensuring the conformity of the products supplied, maximising operational capacity and meeting scheduled deadlines.

· Manage the projects in which it is involved with rigour and intelligence, maintaining a focus on the requirements of the client and other relevant stakeholders, on product quality and on the expected financial outcome.

· Define and review, whenever necessary, a set of monitorable and/or measurable objectives aimed at improving the performance of its management system.

· Add value to your product through the constant pursuit of higher quality and innovative, environmentally sustainable solutions.

· Foster continuous staff development, attract and retain talent, and distinguish yourself through the technical excellence of your workforce.

· Protect the environment, and consequently prevent pollution, through the sustainable use of resources and proper waste management.

· To provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health problems.

· To promote and mitigate barriers to employee consultation and participation, and to raise their awareness of the implications of non-compliance with the system’s requirements.

· Analyse and monitor the activities carried out by companies, seeking to adopt measures that eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks to workers.

· Provide all the resources necessary for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the management system.

· Seek the continuous improvement of its management system in order to ensure improved performance of processes/services, environmental management and safety.

· Contribute to a more developed and inclusive society, and to a more sustainable planet, by adopting the principles of the circular economy, promoting research and development, and supporting the arts and culture,

· Foster the restless and innovative spirit of our teams,

· Encourage innovation, creativity and disruption as tools to support the sustained growth we aspire to.
